Challenge was to create a digital product where Salesforce and Redsys meet each other at the back office to help users understand in a fast and easy way what carbon footprint means, and allow them to calculate and offset it in various methods.
Approach, from definition of the new information architecture to the final design deliverables we carried out all the tasks in two development releases divided itself in four design sprints.
Outcome was that we have created a platform that enabled the user to calculate in three different ways and offset their carbon footprint in order for them to become carbon neutral.
A pin up session were essential in the design process of a product to us. We made it during our second design sprint as part of the best practices that we apply in our projects at frogMAD.
We could evaluate both current experience and the proposals with design improvements, free of prejudiced notions, collecting all comments that came up during the session as a guidance to work on them later.
Oxygen DS helped us to build blocks and layouts in a fast and easy way. We build our solution following visual communication guidelines from Repsol, as well as their accessibility standards and iconographic semantics.
We established a close relationship with the stakeholders involved.
We offer Repsol a viable technical solution that optimizes sales conversion rate.
We also improve the user experience, increasing the possibilities to made contributions.
