Conceptualisation, UX improvements, UI design, and prototyping.
A complete redesign for the CMS framework in which the Living Apps are built. We work from scratch unifying references to take a real control of our archive repository.
I have promoted and led these initiative with aims to update some obsolete resources in–house, in order to establish a collaborate way of working with other content and design teams within and outside Telefonica.
We were specially meticulous applying our colour and our spacing values as this directly affects the vertical layout rhythm of the screen elements, specially in desktop resolutions.
Following the atomic model, we gradually obtain components naturally and step by step we accumulate resources so the more we generate, the faster we go.
With a clear roadmap in mind we can affoard tasks and we inventoried all the necessary components, creating a schematic mind map of what we are going to do next.
As a result, in the short term, this amount of work is already helping dev team to build new functionalities and also experiences within the CMS.
With the help of a motion designer profile, we were able to develop a set of video tutorials that helps content teams of Telefonica’s partners that use the tool in their daily work.
The goal was to highlight the possibilities provided by each feature of this framework and help them to get the most out of it for their living apps creations.
A good sample of the materials generated could be these two gifs and a short video from a tutorial sample of how lanes can be displayed thanks to Living Apps Maker.
