These terms are the only conditions that are applicable to the use of this website and they replace all other conditions, except with the express, prior written agreement of the vendor.
These terms are important for both you and us as they have been designed to create a legally binding agreement between us, protecting your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business. You agree that, by placing your order, you unreservedly accept these terms, having read them.
(1) You may only use the website to make legitimate enquiries or orders.
(2) You will not make any speculative, false or fraudulent orders. If we are reasonably of the opinion that such an order has been made, we shall be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
(3) You also undertake to provide correct and accurate info. E-mail, postal and/or other contact details to us and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact.
(4) If you do not provide all of the information needed, I may not be able to complete your order.
(1) All orders placed before 12pm (GMT) on a business day we aim to ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the following business day. However, some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. No orders will be shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
(2) Your order will be shipped via standard shipping. If you are interested in a specific shipping method, please feel free to contact us via the contact page, before the purchase.
(3) Please note that shipping costs and delivery days vary according to your country of residence.
– Spain (allow 2-3 working days)
– EU Countries (allow 3-5 working days)
– Rest of the World (allow 5-7 working days)
(4) You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number when your order is shipped. To check on the status of your delivery, introduce the code located on your confirmation email HERE and click “Search”. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.
(5) Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs on International orders are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
(6) We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
All of our products are made to the highest standards, I hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 07 days of receipt of your order, in original and resalable condition.
(1) Please note: Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged!
(2) Please contact me as soon as possible within those 7 days, via email to email@example.com and quoting ‘ Return’ or ‘Exchange’ in the subject bar. Mention your name, order number, items you wish to return for a refund, or items you wish to exchange. We will send you an email authorizing the return and we will attach a returns form for you to print.
(3) All items must be returned in their original condition. In their original packaging. I cannot refund or exchange items that have been used, were damaged by any circunstance or with the packaging damaged. In such a case we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange, and the items will be returned back to you at your cost.
(4) Write our address clearly on the front and your own name and address clearly on the back of the parcel.
(5) Send the package using a tracked service. You are responsible for the costs of returning/exchanging an item.
(6) I will try to process returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 15 days.
* Follow the same procedure as with a return (see above). All exchanges are subject to product availability! Please state clearly on the Returns/Exchange form we emailed you, which items you wish to return and which items (including size and color) you would like to receive instead. Subject to all returned item conditions being met (see above) and product availability, we will send you the new items. Delivery charges will apply to exchanges. You will be charged or credited for the price difference between the exchanged goods.
DAMAGED/FAULTY PRINTS CLAIMS
* If you have received an item that is damaged or has a factory fault, please contact us within 7 days of the arrival of the package. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt (including damage to the package), as no claims for damaged or faulty items will be honored after 5 days!
Contact us using the contact form, and quote ‘Damage/Faulty item’ in the subject heading. I will authorize your returns request, and you will be asked to return the damaged/faulty item to us. I will process the claim, make a refund or send you a replacement if available.
* If the damage is caused by shipping, the delivery company might require an inspection, so please keep all packing materials.
* If you decide to cancel your order BEFORE we have shipped it to you, please be so kind to contact me asap via the contact page, and then I will cancel your order immediately.
